OUR PROCESS

A clear plan.
A considered renovation.

Planning a home renovation in Leeds or West Yorkshire? From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, we help you understand the work involved and the decisions to make along the way.

01 · FIRST CONVERSATION

Tell us what you have in mind.

Start with your postcode, the part of the home you want to improve and your priorities. Photographs, product ideas and drawings help us understand the starting point.

You do not need every decision made before you get in touch. A clear description of what is and is not working for you is a useful place to begin.

02 · UNDERSTAND THE SPACE

Work through the practical details.

We discuss the existing property, the intended layout and the preparation or services the project may need. Where appropriate, the next step is to arrange a visit.

For a kitchen or bathroom, share supplier plans and product specifications. For a conversion, the condition and intended use of the space are important.

03 · WRITTEN PROPOSAL

Agree what is included.

The proposal sets out the agreed work and identifies inclusions, exclusions and items supplied by you or another contractor.

Review the scope carefully before agreeing to proceed. Any requirements for specialist work, approvals, access or supplier coordination should be clear.

04 · PLAN AND CARRY OUT THE WORK

Bring the stages together.

Once the scope and timing are agreed, we coordinate preparation, relevant trades, fitting and finishing around the project.

The programme depends on the work, the property and product lead times. If something needs to change, it should be discussed and agreed.

05 · WALKTHROUGH AND HANDOVER

Check the finished details together.

We walk through the agreed work and cover the information needed for handover and aftercare.

This is the opportunity to raise questions about the finished space and discuss any remaining agreed items.

A little preparation goes a long way.

When you contact us, include your postcode, a short description of the work, any useful photographs and your preferred timescale. If you have already chosen a kitchen or bathroom, include the plans and product details too.
